With more than a decade of hands-on experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and investment, Mike Costa has built a career on driving value and creating long-term success for property owners, tenants, and investors across Massachusetts and New England.

Mike began his career in property management and quickly rose through the ranks by mastering every aspect of commercial real estate, from leasing and tenant relations to construction oversight and portfolio performance. Today, as the founder and principal of KCS Commercial Real Estate, Mike brings together years of industry expertise with a client-first approach that prioritizes trust, transparency, and results.

Over the course of his career, Mike has managed over 6 million square feet of commercial space, overseen $10M+ in annual operating and capital budgets, and led development projects valued up to $30M. His portfolio experience spans across retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use properties. Beyond brokerage, he is also an active multifamily investor, giving him a unique perspective on both sides of the transaction.

What sets Mike apart is his ability to combine big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. He knows how to enhance property value through smart leasing, proactive management, and well-executed redevelopment projects, all while building strong, lasting relationships with tenants, contractors, and investors.

When he’s not working with clients, Mike is a dedicated husband to his wife and father to his three children in Westminster, MA. His local roots and regional market knowledge allow him to deliver personalized service while helping clients achieve their long-term real estate goals.
